Hologic Discovery error after reinstall

After getting my Hologic Discovery computer working again, and software reinstalled, I had to calibrate the motors because I was getting an error that "Table and arm are out of safe operating limits". Calibration fixed that, now when I try a QC with phantom, I get a new error - File open error: C:\QDR\data\ARRC.TXT. Seems like there are certain initial steps that need to be performed after a total computer rebuild that I can't find in any manual. Please help.

You can call us tomorrow at 888 614 9920 and will help you, but sounds like you haven't restored last system back if you haven't done it then do so and if you don't have most recent system backup then load Initial System Backup that came from the OEM and then perform a full calibration.
If you have most recent system backup then no need to perform a full calibration.

Hope you copied the error file from your old hard drive.
If not you need will need to do complete calibrations. Do you have the service manual. If yes read it.
