Dear Friends I had to remove the carm of the hologic explorer qdr unit to move to another room in the hosp. After reinstallation I get error message while QC procedure right after test image completed (39 second) "test failed - set SD exceeded. Phantom out of position- absolute max or min limit exceeded- an error has occurred in a csfstream" please advice. Thank you!

check the x-ray alignment, from the error it seems that the x-ray reaching the detector is low.
