I have a Hologic lorad Iv with the follow problem
Host microprocessor board is turn on and off or not turn on since beginning, I already check fuses harness conections and I only found that the power harnes lost voltaje the orange wire, when this wire has voltage the equipment works fine, but suddenly lost voltage and comes back.
On the back you have the handles for Bucky they are probably open close them in the middle of the column there are microsweaves closed by these handles

The micro switches are ok , I found the problem, it is the main power distribution board, looks that capacitors are faulty.
