Hello: We have an Hologic bone densitometer and is showing the next messages "The xray controller is not generating A/C lines interrupts" and "check the instrument power switch and the x ray enable key". We have checked the hardware but still can´t find the problem origin. Please let us know posible causes about this. Thanks
You may have a bad XRC. If you have checked the e-stop and your electrical connections under the arm near the foot of the table you likely have a bad XRC. If you need additional assistance feel free to email. ben@dexasolutions.com
what is the SW version that you have? is it DOS, or windows and which version? check the Hologic card is installed and configured also check the IRQ for this card.
