Recently we bought a Hologic QDR-4500 and unfortunately, we faced a problem when we tried to change the application software language from French to English. The windows language is English.
Now, when we execute C:\QDR\qdr.exe it gives an error: “La base de donnees des patients est alteree” (means patient database is damaged).
The only CD with the system is a CD named “QDR Sys Soft. Version 11.2”. We have not received any other CD with the system.
We also tried to install the application software again but during the installation it says “failed to get software version ##”.
Any advice or solution?

I had a similar problem with this equipment. Usually they leave a blank database in the db folder. Just copy it and see if that solves your problem.
