system error: Error updating sconfig.txt file
Can you help me with this error

The W has a 2 different QCs', one for spine and one for whole body. Do you have the proper step phantom? Also sounds like you may have some corrupt software.

Software and now the machine don't do the QC because
The movements of the table are wrong and the error on the screen
is that the table is out of limits, let me know

More than likely you are experiencing corrupt software. The system is trying to access the sconfig.fil file, you may need a software reload.
