I have a QDR-1000 Plus that had a problem in the Hard Drive. I changed it and tried to reinstall the system in the new unit. However each time I try to load the system trough the 3.5" floppy I can not. I get the following message:
"Timestamp Disagreement after copying file:
__ROOTAUTOEXEC.BAT
You either have a bad diskette or a hard drive error"
I have checked the floppies and also the Hard Drive and seem to be o.k.
I would try to press "DEL" as you boot to allow you to go into the bios setup. I would try to set this date to match the Floppy to see if a real time stamp exists.
I have a QDR-1000. I need to erase all patients from the database. Do you know any procedure to erase the patients without damaging the operating system software?
