I'm having a problem with an HP Image Point HX ultrasound system and message "System
Self-Test in Progress, please wait" appears on the screen and
stays forever. On PROC/GRAPH Board appears the Error EF9A3. what sign this error? and how resolve issue?
I will appreciatte any help.

Thanks for your reply.
colleagues and I, have found that the processor board on the measurement point has 4.8VDC instead of 5VDC.
Probably error is because the low voltage..
Please advise.

this is cpu problem so change the board
