I'm trying to repair sonos 1000. During boot I got message DF090. After initialization screen I got blank and test display DF964.
-12Volt power supply was faulty. I repaired but still same errors.
Do you have any idea or service manual ?
DF090 mainly occurs due to the power supply problem. According to service reference manual I measured power supply unloaded. Power supply seems normal but when I loaded the voltages independently saw that some of the voltages drops to unacceptable levels. I repaired power supply unıt then got another error codes (DF013 and DF030).
The xmit power supply and pv supply boards has no voltage out. So problem is secondary power supply system now.
I hope this will be reference for future for anybody
Hi, after heating unit (heating for 20 seconds) the next time there is no voltage on coarse delay. You do not know where it comes from, and that it can be disconnected from overheating

Hello,

I made a mistake. The last code will be CF964 not DF.
