HP Sonos 5500 : Problem

Hello,
I have a problem with Sonos 5500 HP system (Ver A.1). The symptoms is the system boot up normally but when it completes the boot up the echo image is white in color. I have tried swapping the entire Front End boards with another system (Ver B.0) all is working fine except for Beamformer I/O but when I tried to put the working Beamformer I/O board to the faulty system, it doesn't boot up at all. (Error msg: Front End no communication error). Please advise on the problem as urgently as possible. Thank you.

You have either software error, or defective front end boards. Have you run the Resident Self Tests to verify any errors in the Scanner? Contact Bill Decker at 858-997-9485 for assistance.
