I have a intermit error with a HTC 18x24 Lorad Bucky from a AFFINTY mammo, sometime it remain light green a yellow light intermit, take out clean and start work well, and yesterday they light green and yellow same time.
usually that kind of bucky has a label that reflects a light. This label is a silver label with some blacks parts. If this label is not reflecting in a good way the light in order to detect correctly the bucky. Check this label please

could be the cassette present switch in the bucky not adjusted correctly.
