Could you please provide a list of Error Codes and their descriptions (along with any associated troubleshooting tips for each) for the Philips iE33 and iU22 Ultrasound Units?

Once more annoying, I have an ultrasound philips iu22, apparently with boot problems, when starting the computer only appears the blue screen of philip and then a message of no video. I connect an auxiliary monitor and there is no information, I am collecting information and help to solve the problem, I would appreciate all the help you can give me.

You could have an issue with video cards. Do you know your system hardware level? If it is D or above you can swap the video cards from one side to the other. You may get video. Video cards are a high failure part for these systems.

Platform Monitor failed to start the Signal and Image Processing Controller
process.
Corrective Action
Possible causes: (1) SIP is not answering on named pipe or (2) Host
physical memory problem. Troubleshoot Dolphin IPL. See the article:
'MTE: Troubleshooting the IPL (T-00046)'.
but please Check your fire wire connection and make sure your dolphin cards are syncing by watching the lights on top of the boards. Probably a bad SIP.
I have a problem with iu22 cart b The machine open without error code but the sector not sense the probe but the probe reading when i check the log get this message. Failed to set the nview clone xy to display Do you have any information about this error

On the iu22 I would verify the power supplies first, if good then try to boot using backup disk.
