IE33 doesn't work on TEE probe

Dear dotmed friends.
I need your help.
My IE33 was running on software 5.2.2.44 it got a software issue I installed software V 6.3.7.745. Now all probes are working fine but only TEE is not working and gives error the error is.
"DiagCode 207 .KHME .G8RE.5
SoftwareBuildVersion 6.3.7.745"

I highly suspect that your problem is with the license option file. Sometimes the part numbers in the license option files change with certain software levels. You would need to obtain a license option file that was generated for software level 6.3.7.745. The other option is to load software version 5.2.2.44 again and use the same license option file that you had before the upgrade.
