Image Initialization Failed on Acuson x150

Acuson x150 popup message on startusaying " Image Initialization Failed. The system is shutting down automatically ". Pls how do i fix this. I removed the probes and the system boots normal. It also boot normal with linear probe on port 1. But i switch to convex probe its says system error. Pls help
