I have problem with my HP image point HX. When i conect cable from ultrasound to my priter Sony UP2800p, and when i want to print the image, the image is fully black. Please can you say me, where is problemm,and how i can connect printer and ultrasound to work properly.
usually it means there is no signal going in.
Check connections of your outputs in the back of the ultrasound.
color output to input of printer...also check settings inside the printer...
if this does not help send me an e-mail.
I attach the ultrasound and printer on this way:

you need to connect the BNC cable number 2 to the input of the printer named VIDEO ...as long as the printer is set to accept as input signal the VIDEO it should work...the sync only works with the RGB inputs...trybit out and let me know!

If nothing has changed in the settings on the back of the printer(dip switch settings), then most likely the cable sending the image to the printer is bad, or the I/O where the cable hooks up to on the system has went bad.

Does your system has a vcr attached? and if it does can you record and playback on it? if the answer is yes, then try to use the output of it and connect it to your printer and see if you get a print out, also try using a good video cable just in case that may be causing the problem.

As you can see on your printer there are two types of inputs RGB and supervideo, you are trying to get video on the wrong port SYNC. What you need to use is either one of the other ports, RGB or supervideo.

Hello!
