Can someone know how to access the configuration mode on start up ? I hold the Panel Lock on power up but it doesn't work !!!

Once the pump is started, before you press any other keys, press the options
key. That will let you into the configuration mode. From there, just use
the arrow and number keys to scroll to the option you want.

Thank you Philip but it still doesn't work ! I always have 'Error number 704' on start up and I can do nothing. According to the operator's manual, it is a software problem...

704 means your internal nicad battery is depleted or completely dead. Have you tried charging the unit? Unless your battery is completely dead, plugging the unit in should charge both the nicad battery and the main unit battery. We deal with these units all day long.
