We received as a gift Kodak imager Dryview 8100 volunteer center in the southern region of Madagascar. At the start there is an IMS Down error (P910).

Nous avons reçu comme cadeau une reprographe Kodak Dryview 8100 au centre bénévolat dans la région sud de Madagascar. Au démarrage il y a une erreur IMS Down (P910).
Est-ce que quelqu'un peut nous aider pour résoudre ce problème.

* This message will occur on the V2 keypad only if the data cable between the IMS and MCS has been
disconnected.
Summary
The imager has detected that the IMS has not sent a status command in over 45 seconds. (There is a
parallel error that the IMS reports if it detects that the MCS is not responding. This is treated as an internal
IMS error.)
Bonjour, Après plusieurs teste en suivant le manuel technique. C'est le disque dur qui est HS. Il n'y a pas de partition sur le disque. On a fait une tentative de récupération de la partition avec HDD regenerator, Testdisque sur UBCD mais c'est impossible.
Personne a l'application software de IMS 8100, ou une backup avec acronis ou autre d'une Disque dur IMS.

Hello, After several tests following the technical manual. This is the hard drive that is HS. There is no partition on the disk. It was a partition recovery attempt with HDD regenerator, Testdisque on UBCD but it is impossible.
Nobody has the software application of IMS 8100, or a backup with acronis or another of a Hard Drive IMS.
