We have a Innova 2000 Adavantax error. the system shows a error code at the moment of the exposure. 42C4 tube anode not rotating, try again.
On the DL Aplication the error sen us to make diagnostic on the Advantax and ECM.
But we cant connect to the advantax or ECM to make that diagnostic, Can you guys help us with this.Regards

DESCRIPTION
Reported by LFX and MPPU and MP Phase 4 type power units.
RECOMMENDED ACTIONS
1. Reseat or replace LFX I/O board or MPPU or MP Phase 4 Interface 1 board,
TIRC,loose power connections, cable between LFX or MPPU or MP Phase 4 cardrack
and TIRC.
2. Run the following power unit System Level Diagnostics tests. Refer to the
‘ADVANTX System Level Diagnostics’ manual for instructions and recommended
actions should an error occur:
LFX I/O: TIRC CONTROL.
MPPU and MP Phase 4 POWER UNIT: TIRC Control.
LFX I/O: TUBE STATOR.
3. In the applications mode, select fluoro and tap the foot switch. Verify that TP 17 on the
TIRC is 0 v during the low speed acel cycle. Verify that Tp 17 on the TIRC is 5 v after
the low speed acel cycle. Measure the low speed pilot T 16 . Make sure that it is 0 v
during the entire low speed hold time. If any of these signals are missing, check the
cable between the TIRC and the LFX I/O board or MPPU or MP Phase 4 back panel. If
the cable is all right check the signals on the i/o board. Low speed acel is J3 b12. Low
speed pilot is J3 a12. Measure rotor on at the TIRC (pin 34 of u88 8749 cpu ). Make sure
it is 0 v. Measure rotor on i/o board J3 b11. If it is 0 at the i/o board, swap i/o boards (or
MPPU or MP Phase 4 Interface 1 board).
Select radiographic mode and prep the system and hold the prep switch. Verify that Tp
14 on the TIRC is 0 v during the high speed acel cycle. Verify that Tp 14 on the TIRC is
0 v after the high speed acel cycle. Measure the high speed pilot Tp 13 . Make sure that
it is 0 v. If any of these signals are missing, check the cable between the TIRC and the
LFX I/O board. If the cable is all right check the signals on the i/o board. High speed
acel is J3 a12. High speed pilot is J3 c12. Measure rotor on at the TIRC (u88 pin 34).
Make sure it is 0v. Measure rotor on i/o board J3 b11. If it is 0 at the i/o board, swap i/o
boards (or MPPU or MP Phase 4 Interface 1 board).
check your tirc control board (power loss to tirc or blown fuse in MPPU or F39 on tirc)
Check Xray tube stator windings may be shorted in a good tube must be 25/25/49 ohms.
