A FCR 5000 have the foloow error when finish the read cassete, "IP LOAD ERROR", But I stop de alarm and release the cassete all readind and plate and cassete is ok. Each time put a cassete have the same error. could somebody help to find the problem?

Would you happen to have the service manual for the Fuji XG 2000. I am getting error 11332 "IP cassette unprocessed..." My email is toni_mikefisher@yahoo.com
Check suction cup bars they get bent out of position open back to make sure they not bent u can gently push down on bar to straighten it if that don't work u may need New suction cups
