iU22 error 020

I have a A cart iU22,with error 020,and I can see the DSC be lost,if replug cables and DSC,
then sometimes working fine for weeks,or a month,then 020 arrear again.can anyone help me to locat the problem?

Error 020 means hardware mismatch:
Description: The installed hardware configuration is not an allowed configuration for the currently installed software.
Corrective Action
Either use the error log browser or review the 'Expected versus Actual' list
in System Config to identify which boards have the wrong configuration and
replace as needed. Otherwise, if there is new version of host software that
supports the current hardware configuration, install host software.
This error will appear if DSC is missing.
It can be DSC, cables or software.

IE33 my phılıps software DVDs have available. but during the installation, and the installation does not provide diagnostic err. Diagnostic looks err code 602.
Can you help me about the installation procedure?
