Hello I have a Voluson i with problems on keyboard. Buttons and Light don`t work,
you have to press the shutdown button for a long time to turn off help button (F1) work ok trackball work ok too. Maybe hardware or software problems?

Hi Matias, it seems to be a hardware problem. Did you try connecting an external usb keyboard?
