September 21, 2012 08:23
Good day,
The kodak 2000 automatic processor functions very well for a few minutes specifically only one 14x17 film size can only be processed after that the processor stop functioning. main drive roller stop to move and the ready lamp turns on and off.
May i know what could be the possible cause of the problem?
Thank you

check, oxidation circuit and fuse door.
Wash the plate with benzene or isopropyl alcohol and check the welds.

If it is Kodak X-omat 2000, it is possible that the Developer temperature sensor or heater problem. it is long time since i worked on it but i believe there is a relay in the heater cct. check, repair or replace. good luck

Thank you to both of you. The automatic processor is now functional. Some connections have already deteriorated and the two sensor for film entrance is not properly align
