I followed the KODAK 2100 service manual, to solve the problem Err 13, all the components are well checked except when I do the reset the system does not give the confirmation
The ceramic resistor inside is either broken or unsoldered. You are not getting the KV feedback information to the power board. (13Kohms between ground and yellow wire)
Some technicians open tube and repair, but this needs to go trough vacuum process.
