Is it possible to manually empty the failed delivery folder. I have a customer that has over 250 images in it and I don't want to have to open each study and delete them. Is there a way to find the delivery image folder and just get rid of them all at once.
Hi Ray,
If you don't mind deleting ALL the previous images and studies, good and bad, you can go to - key operator/image management/delete all (on the bottom).
If you want want to save the studies that have been sent to PACS, we may need to look into the file system.
