We have a Kodak CR800, who starts and initialize well, but after, when we put one cassette inside, after having informed ranges and menu, the cassette is not taken in the jaw input.
If we push on it, it opens the cassette, take the screen, erase it, and then blocks. The error message appears and says:

Hello all,
We have a Kodak CR800, who starts and initialize well, but after, when we put one cassette inside, after having informed ranges and menu, the cassette is not taken in the jaw input.
If we push on it, it opens the cassette, take the screen, erase it, and then blocks. The error message appears and says:
"scan error, 00955 - 121 103"
then
"can not eject the cassette"
Does anyone can help us, or has the manual ?
