it mean the software and hardware was dis-communicate, i'm not sure the error code is 36-935. in this case you have to re-install the software of imager.what's your software version?

I have the same problema like you and the oficial service engineer say that is the MCS board, but is very expensive, finally you find the problema?

Unfortunatelym MCS board is the main suspect and as you said it is expensive so until now we put it on hold and buy a new 5800 as replacement. We plan to buy the MCS board when the price goes down.

The carestream/kodak dryview 5700 has an error
935 while power up. the power button symbol
keeps on flashing.
May i know what could be the problem and what should i do?

For an update, Software was not a problem. We are currently isolating some board.
