Konica CR issue

I moved a Konica CR to another location. When I first turn on the system it froze up.I had to force it to shut down by holding in the power on/off button. Now when I turn on the computer again and now I get an error. Here is the error. Can someone help????

Hello Steven, theres a database problem , or jm, easy way is to reinstall software, might need to reistall windows also. But be carefull before you do that to backup settings, license, etc

the error is pointing to a database issue. see if the system has 2 drives if so verify the connections

You´ve got a corrupted Db file. The bettet to solve it is to remove de CS2 app and reinstall it again. I guess you can not get access to service tool, so do not forget to copy Kddm file as you will need it to restore licenses if you happen not to have them.
