Konica CS-7 issue

I am having an issue whereas when after selecting a patient when moving into the exam screen it does not give me a ready for xray. It will show the 14x7 detector and above that it says Error. There are no error numbers listed.
Please help!!!

Is the yellow hourglass led flashing?
At the spider web is the FP X'd out?
Can you ping the worklist and/or pacs?

this unit is tied to a portable xray AMX4 machine being serviced in the shop with no worklist. there are no flashing hourglass and do not understand where to see the spiderweb.
