Thank you. Have done that, but problem continues every time I try to print a film. Film won't stops in bottom section and won't continue on,. If I leave film in bottom section & close front cover, it goes thru a clearing error sequence, and the film completes its travel and exits properly. Have tried changing the film sensors under the silver rollers. It worked for the first film after that and then failed again on the second film. Don't know why film stops. There are no obstructions in film path and I can manually move film thru rollers with no resistance.

I think the problem is still situated in 2sheets sensor ,that have to be adjsusted ,one more thing to check ,is the front end film edge that passes into sensor ; try to change the film .
Thank you. Checked 2 sheet sensor. Working OK. I think problem is the film. They just told me they recently went to new film supplier for cheaper price.

Getting E4312 Existing Film error on Konica 752 Drypro laser imager. Possible causes??? Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Film remains in the position control section.
(2 sheets of film remain.)
Open the front cover, and remove jammed film.

You must calibrate the sensors. On the left side at the exit of the tray, calibrate blue film 1 and 2 sheets.
