konica reader 110 regius image process issues

Regius 110 reader showing the image without any object or body parts in the x-ray processed image . image is grey . the s value showing 1500. this confirm the plate received the x-ray. no error from the reader or console. please let me know what is the cause for this image issue..

1. Set the S-Value to the appropriate value
2. Set the ROI to the correct position
3. Check photomultiplier switch and ensure its ON
4. Could be a fault in LMC. Replace
5. Could be fault in photomultiplier. Replace its filter assay

thank you. All above checked . Noticed S number is above 1400 for problem image and s value for normal images are 2 . Optics checked. Recalibrated the reader. CR Cassettes are OK. Still intermittent image issue.. Please let me know what is the next step..
