Konica Regius 110 Optical error 6550

Dear formed friends,
I hope you all are fine and doing well.
I have got a problem with my konica CR Regius 110 and it is giving error 6550 while initialization, the error is regarding to optical assembly that has caused when moved the CR from one city to another city.
can any of my friends advise how to fix this issue and which parts to adjust or fix in the optical assembly.

Hello,did you lock the optical unit during transportation of the machine?Because that can cause mechanical damage to the unit
