I have problem, when i insert cassett in reader it says: NO REGISTRATION SELECT BODY PART. But i select patient and body part before insertion as like everyday! Would you help me please
Hi, this is not an error, I have no illustration here but try to follow, when you insert the cassette the reader will notify you to select body, just go ahead to click/double click at the exam selection usually at the right side of where the image will display them the cassette will be taken.

I face same problem . we rightly enter patient registration .when patient data is registered.ee put cassette then red light flashes but message on screen disply as no registration select body oart.

Check the barcode reader in the R190 and the manual barcode reader to see if can register the cassette code
