kretz 530d problem need UR help

My 530D is displaying the message:
"function comm-error() was called
get ok?0x80
**get proxy installed**"
is this problem coursed by BYP board or pc SCSI cardï¼does there any way to meagure byp dc output ,it is in slot down in the box,,,hard to meagure ,
How can i repair this?
