7.2 Error Code Table
Code Meaning
1 Transmission system error (Data communication between the panel/desk
and the box is not carried out correctly)
198 RAM error (Warning. RAM on the panel or desk is defective)
199 RAM error (CPU stop. RAM on the panel or desk is defective)
201 ECHNIQUE setting switch (on tghe panel or desk) is not set
202 Tube No. setting error (Tube setting switch on the panel or desk is
not set correctly)
301 TECHNIQUE setting switch (on the panel or desk) is not set
700 Box-side CPU or serial-transmission CPU down (Either CPU malfunctions
913 Normal starter error (Current was applied when the normal starter
was not ready)
914 Over MAS
88 Filament heater RAM down (Heating data are abnormal)
89 Filament heater current abnormal (The heating current has become
greater than the specified value)
90 Filament heater output section abnormal (Heating output system
hardware is abnormal)
95 Over current (The inverter thyristor has malfunctioned due to tube
discharge, etc. )
96 ver kV (Output kV value has become greater than the specified value
97 Fuse blown (The fuse of the INV-UNIT is blown)
98 Line voltage error (The power source voltage has become greater or
smaller than the specified value and X-rays cannot be generated.
Never see erro 94, their are error 914 (over mAs) and 95 over current. both related to mA problems. For the error 95 I found a transistor blow on one of the heat bords. hope this helps.
