Error message opened after os initializing finished as "The dataacq process has disabled scanning due to a hardware failure. So, gesyslog described "no device driver installed Unable to open the DIP device driver. Driver name:/dev/dip or /dev/gemsdip Open mode:read/write OS error: 2---no such file or directory" pls advice to fix this problem.

i do not have good experiance in the LS16 but i fixed some troubls( i have 13 years experiance with Picker CTs).
first i will see if i can do X-ray without collecting data then go up step by step.
please do the following:
Service
Diagnostic
Data Acquistion
Diagnostic Data Collection DDC
1-try first to do static Xray without data acqusition.
2-if it is passed then try to do static x-ray with data Acquisition if passed
3-retry both with rotating condition (not Static)

I'd go to:
1. DARC reloading
2. LFC
3. look for hardware problems (ie. hdd)
