LightSpeed 16 - Backup contactor opened without firmware command

Hi guys,
I'm having the following issue with a GE LightSpeed 16 system.
It used that some times the scan was aborted specially in larger scans like ABDOMEN and CHEST, lately the following log appears in mostly all the scans now.
Host: OBC Proc: Generator Error: 183289
File: gen_xray.c 1.31 Line: 632
Function: XRAY GENERATION: Rotating HVON Control
Scan: 8017/2/1 Type: Helical
Exception Level: Secondary Time:12:47:17:645 Log Series: 107
Unexpected Loss Of High Voltage

I have to say this, if the system its shutdown for a few hours, we can scan without a problem, so this gets me frustated... because everytime I go to inspect it, the system is working just fine, and when I leave, the next day I receive this service call.
I had kind of the same issue before with another LS 16 that I replaced the A2K1 Contactor in PDU due to internal failure.
Does anybody have experienced this and how was it solved?

I ended up changing the power contactor, and the small relay associated with in the gantry board.
The clue to solve this was the talk with the operator. He mentioned about a line noise prior to failure.

I believe you are looking for either a poor contact on the back up contractor verification contact or a bad relay contact on the power unit control board that brings in the bu contractor. I have had problems with both.

I've already cleaned up the contactors at the PDU, and then I replaced them.
The system continue to work for about a month and a half, and now is getting me the same error some times.. is not frequently... so I ordered the Hospital to bring the electrician and do a Phase Test to the INLET, because it is acting weird... I will let you know later what happen

I had almost same behavior with a Toshiba Activion 16.
