LightSpeed 16 error .....

Good morning friends .... I have a serious problem with a lighspeed 16 computer, an error message appears in the errors.

LAN Watchdog TIMEOUT with OBC (uuid 193) (SW opening abort relay).

I have tried to solve it by cleaning and adjusting the slip rings but have not had any results. Someone from this forum could give me a suggestion or tell me where and what to do to solve this big mess. I hope and get a response from one of you .... greetings
