Hi guys, I'm having this issue with the Gantry Display and pushbuttons, they reset themselves once I turn the system on, around 5 times per minute. I tried each of the button panels by themselves and with each one, the issue is still the same.
Also there is this yellow DS12 Led light that is on the ETC-IF that is on. (REAR SNR FLT).
these are the following errors received:
Host: ETC.
Proc. Gantry Display
Error: 182825
HW/SW error: Communication Problems with the TNC (ETC/IF)
Host: ETC.
Proc. Gantry Display
Error: 182826
HW/SW error: Communication Packet with the TNC (ETC/IF)
Message Code: 8
Host: ETC.
Proc. Gantry Display
Error: 182890
Code Download to the TNC has FAILED
Status=8.
(Scanning is NOT allowed if the Gantry Display is NOT working)
Pls check.1. If flash download is successful.
2. Ping etc is possible
3. Share log file preset at use/g/service/log to see complete picture of problem to Vijaysharma@rxmedicalsystems.com
Hi, I queried the flashdownload and was succesful sometimes, and some others weren't. I'm taking the Gantry Display and the ETC-IF to test them in a working system.
I'm just posting what happened back then when trying to solve this issue.
I had a lot of troubles because whenever I used the ETC board into another working system it used to work just fine, but only in the not working system used to be bad.. so after a lot of tests... decided to replace the ETC board didn't matter to me that I tested it in a working system... and that was the solution.
I have no idea what happened, but replacing that board, finished my suffering :)

Query the flash download tool to see if everything is OK. Update the flash download tool if not.
