Lightspeed CT OCTANE cpu, does not startup application software, after loading OS, and Autostart appears, came up a message: "StartMon process is already running. Request rejected",
if I press OK, nothing else happen, remains on OS running tool chest menu.
I tried to start with NOHOST_SHUTDOWN, but is the same
I tried to reinstall software, but does not recognize CDROM,
How can I throbleshooting it?

First. Your CD it’s original or copy? Cuz it’s Unix based (Irix) and the filesystem not it’s recognized by windows you need use a specials methods for burn that CDs. If you need more help contact me private.

I think you need other CDROM to reload software (LFC).
