Hello:
GE LightSpeed QXi CT scanner Applications will not come up. System starts IRIX, but as soon as Applications start loading the system freezes and after a few minutes shutdown. When console is started the message "NOTICE:/hw/node/xtalk/13/pci Disabling error interrupt type 12: PCI reported parity error. Error count 10001". If I take out the PCI Module the message doesn't appear, still applications won't start. When I test the Motorola Bd running "ice fulldiags" I get a FAILED message in RAM REF: Memory Refresh Test. I try to test Mercury Bd "rundmc", but the test won't be performed because "rsh connection failed". Also I can't "rsh ice" neither from the SBC or the Host. Thanks in advance for any hint on this matter.

Hi sir, I am also facing this type of problem like auto shutdown, stop scan after getting massage " SRU has gone down please restart System to recover ". after reset scan disk and system disk system,system start one or two patient done but afterthat same problem arise. Please help me as possible as. Thank you
Mr Mohamed could you asist me to reload the operative system because when i try reload the system show a error i have tree cd´s with OS thanks in advance
I do not know if you still need help. I need to know if the QX/i is a H1 gantry or H2 (QXi Plus) and if it is H1 gantry if it is with O2 computer or without it.Also try to do a cu sbc not rsh.

Have you tried to reload the software? I personally prefere to reload OS&application from cold. Let me know if you need help with this.

Problem solved, it was an H1 Gantry with Octane computer. The problem was in the Octane
