Hi Marcio:
Try booting it from Daily Maintenance option of the Shutdown menu and left the key in on position. SCANNER UTILITIES/SHUTDOWN/SHUDOWN WITH DAILY MAINTENANCE
If the equipment do not respond must probably causes are software corrupted or a problem with the menu screen.

no need for any login, you just power OFF then ON
when you get the first green line in the monitor pls press return
you will get start up option menu
please select:
- file system check
then
- rebuild data base
then startup
hope this will help
When booting up try choosing option 6. All of your images will be deleted. If it does not respond to keyboard strokes it means that your keyboard is unplugged.
If after deleting all the image partitions the problem's not gone you'll need to reload SW from PITY and SITE tapes.
Getting into ervice mode is not easy because for sure it's hardware locked.

Check if you have site specific tapes. Sign with pity and site.
