LOGIC 100 PRO without "ECO"

Hello my friend,
I'm repairing the equipment LOGIC100 PRO (version9).
Problem: The ECO is without synchronism, does not appear image, only the much vertical line blinking.
can you help me to fix the equipment.
What the board is defect? I think that is FEB (front End board).
How much is the Board FEB?
