Has anyone ever run into an issue where you can’t access the service tab on a Logic E9 Rev 3.2? Initially I had a GTX failure. I replaced the board and reinstalled the software twice and when I go to the service button on the touch screen the bar goes all the way across but never get to the service screen. I can’t competed the DC offset calibration due to this. I’ve never encountered this before. I’ve used the software before so I don’t thing the software is corrupted.
