I am attempting to use a MOD 640 disk with the loqiq 200 to save images to load to our EMR. I have formatted a disk on an external MOD drive and it seems to function properly. When I attempt to write to it on the U/S machine it indicates media not formatted or mounted. I have also tried to format the disk through the U/S setup menus and get the same error.
Any advice or assistance is appreciated.
We have never used the U/S drive previously so other possible setup may be required.
Thanks...Are you aware of any option to modernize that capability to save the images to a media I can easily transfer to our EMR. (I.E. Way to create a USB or other type port)

Hi, AU...
Make a deep clean inside the MODD. It seems to be, only, the lack of use.
Normally, L200 Pro is so reliable, that I cannot imagine otherwise, but it could be, also, a case of a defective reader.
