We are using Logiq3 device, but this year motherboard is broken. We replaced motherboard, reinstalled system from CD, entrered serail number etc. Now system is boot up correctly into Ultrasound application, but probes shows nothing - as they aren't connected.
I searched the forums, check serial key, opened device at the right side and see that onboard voltage diods - +60V -60V +30V -30V doesn't light, all others (12V etc) is OK, (FAIL diods doesn't light too)
What you can suggest on this situation? Can it be a driver problem with Ultrasound board or it is a electric problem or maybe any other problem?
Voltages higher than 30 VDC, for ultrasound image to be shown, are called High Voltages. Depending on the equipment's category, they might be from 60 VDC to 120 VDC and, as you described, those are missing.
A defective HVPS (High Voltage Power Supply) justifies the lack of image, because it can't excite the probes to echoes the crystals.
Normally, even without image, you are able to see the mask of the scan area, in a shape of the cone, or rectangle.
If HVPS is okay, maybe, the probe connector board is defective.
From the video you send it seems that the bep is not connected with the boards. If you remove the bep and start it on your bench with an external monitor you will get this image.Problem is propably located on the pc2ip board or the grey cable from the pc2ip is not connected correctly or the ip board has a problem.
I'm not very familiar with this device, so plz explain what is "bep" :). And as I understand pc2ip board - is a board which is inserted into internal computer motherboard.
Thanks to all of you people! Situation is going to be more clear now. I boot up the device, navigate to Windows Control Panel (using Printers he-he) and see that drivers for PC2IP is not loaded
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12968684/IMG_20161109_093900.jpg (screenshot is not very clear - but the yellow exclamation mark is visible), so it is a driver problem as minimum.
Next I took CDs and wondering that they are from different revisions
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12968684/IMG_20161109_094807.jpg
is it normal ?
And last - I saved Logs (like Sergey suggested), here is it.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12968684/Logs_161109_094430.zip
So what I need to do now? Unpack CD with Ghost image and search for driver? Or I need to reinstall software with correct revision?
Hello, Alex
That's good that You described Youur issue so well using screenshots.
The thing that worries me much on Your screenshot is that besides not working PC2IP You have SMbus controller driver not installed.
Your base soft is for BEP4 Intel865 motherboard, there is diff version for BEP4 D865GSA.
Could You please open Your covers and check?
Please also check Your backend system with some hardwaare Pc check utility such as QuickTechPro.
If all is fine, don't forget to put Optimal Default settings to Your Bios as I recommended in email and try to reinstall base using complete reinstallation paying attention to any errors appearing...

Hope these help, take care, God Bless.

Have you installed both base and application software?
Do you get any message at boot up?

BEP is the pc inside the Logiq 3 and yes the pc2ip is a pci board on the motherboard.

Defective PC2IP board (inside the BEP), or just a failing SCSI cable between PC2I and FEC board (inside FE).

Alex, Erotokritos is right. Your frontend isn't initialised. Only BEP is working.
Check power supply and frontend connection.

As I say - it is no power on voltages 30V and higher. I now want to understand - it is a problem with power supply, or it can be any other element.

Alex, it might be both variants. Most likely HVPS is fine. Errorlog might help.
Use Alt+D to save the logs.
Send it to s.v.zhel@gmail.com to analyze.

According to my info You need
5332868 Base Image CD for BEP5 IntelDG31PR for Logiq 3 BT05
To be compartible with that chipset.
Base Image CD for BEP4 Intel865 is for Logiq 3 BT05 Expert 5193870
