I have a logiq 400 PRO (version 5.01) and it have a problem. After a time that the equipmento startup (turn on) the image of the ECHO disappear and appears one message on bottom of the monitor:
ERROR [SHVST-TRG]
after some seconds this message disappear and appear other message:
VOLTAGE ABNORMAL PCont [HVHVLILG]
then the equipment dont work...I need to turn off and turn on again....after a time happened the same thing..etc
I think that the problem is the High Voltage Board.
Am I right? Somebody can help me?
I need of the password for the to enter on "service" of the Logiq 400. This password change of 6 to 6 months...Anybody know what is the current password?
Yes, you are probably correct that the HV module is failing. However, if it only happens when a certain transducer is connected, it could be caused by a problem with it. Do an electrical leakage test to ensure the transducer dielectric is intact, as fluid may be entering a crack or hole in the scanhead or membrane. There are electronics in the connector that can fail, as well. (These problems can be repaired, as well.)
You can get into the the External Service mode using the password specified in the service manual; gogems. You should not need the GE Service password for anything that a user needs or is legally allowed to do.

definitely this is the common problem encounter of logiq400 machine the +12v,-12v power supply of high voltage board will cut off during boot-up/scanning or switching the probes..i have tried to replaced/repair this +12v ,-12v power supply & the system goes back to normal operation..no problem happen..
