LOGIQ 400 problem. Please help!

After replacement it does not start. It hangs on the second step and prints no error on the screen.
I connected my laptop and here's the log of the terminal screen:

Connect lap top and use hyperterminal
Type the following(watch out for big and small letters)
VTSH>Id MSTPRG/BRST.LO
VTSH>st
Follow the onscreen instructions to set the time, date, etc.
