Hello:
We are having an error in a GE Logiq 400 Ultrasound, after turn on the following error message appears on the screen and it doesn't do anything else, "SYS ERROR: SCSI ERROR. DEVICE: 0.0 CODE: 20166". Any advice? Thanks to all.

i have the logiq400 service manual including troubleshooting,deassemble and ressemble, particular electronic schematics,etc. if you have it you can repair the machine by youself. you can install the software and repair the electronic board. if you need please contact me.
We received a Logiq400 from Paris to use in our Medical Center Agir in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Our center is a social center and wants to make good quality medical care accessible to all, including the poorest of this country (more than 40% below poverty level...)
We received the same error code as mentioned above and would like to repair the problem. What do we do?

some times ione part in machine have error.please open the keybord and remov the cabel optical drive ,this error maybe for optical drive
