Logiq 5 Expert Software reload

Hello!
I´m trying a software reload for this system. The base image loads fine, but the App Software asks me for a Service Key after the first reboot. Its the second time i reloaded it software on this machine, first time was because a HDD failure and it was very easy.

hello sir, after installing the based software you need to save the serial no.txt of the system to the notepad dn after that you can now load yur software application...

Hi Ramil,
I am also experiencing the same problem,
the harware id is xx00FFFF and doesnot match with s/w license. your answer could be a right solution but all i need to know is that what is the destination of this notepad file. At which path i need to store this. in C:/ or E:/.. help me also include the complete path.. C:/windows/system32/serial no.txt etc...
