Pease help, everytime i install software,it did not comtinue after application software installation,i try to install many times,still the same, icheck and reset all cables,still the same. Im using the right software R404. Please help me in this problem. alex.ungria@yahoo.com
first reload your base software, i think this is 2 cds.after reloading your base software check all the drivers.go to my computer, right click and manage.locate the drive,make sure there are no question marks present.after that reload the application sw.hope this help.let us know if you solve the problem
i check the the drivers, there is question mark in EUSC, this is under multifunction adapters. I cannot find the driver for this one. What does it mean?
some times if you donot have hw no your ieC eeprom is miss the program.if you have it your software is not mach whit your machine.please check your software again.it is full install the software

can we check in serial number what version of software should i use??? anyway the story of the machine is like this...the unit is already working, and one day when it was turned on, the unit is asking for the sw license already...
